A marketing mix is a set of marketing tools that interact with each other. The basic marketing mix is 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). There is also a marketing mix that looks at 4P as a buyer, called 4C (Customer Value, Cost to the Customer, Convenience, Communication).
