The National University of Singapore is testing digital energy solutions from SP Group, a leading Asia-Pacific’s leading energy supplier, to improve the energy efficiency of the university’s campus.

SP Group has said that with the support of BCA and operators, they will be able to develop user-centric solutions to advance next-gen green, energy-efficient buildings, and create green communities that will accelerate a carbon-neutral future for Singapore.

The solution includes an online portal and a mobile app. The portal allows tracking the total consumption of water and electricity, as well as carbon dioxide emissions. This will help find ways to reduce resource consumption and pollutants. The SP Utilities app provides students and employees who live on campus with personalized data about their water and energy consumption.
