Developed by local startup KaHa and textile company Tex Line, with support from the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A* STAR), the smart T-shirts, which connect to an app on a smartphone, detect heart disorders and track and record physical fitness data such as heart rate, calories burned and a number of steps.
The smart T-shirt has two layers: the outer layer is made of typical sportswear material, while the inner layer contains carbon electrodes, key sensors used to read the

The price of such T-shirts will be only 20-30% higher than regular sportswear
