The Mayor of London has launched crowdsourcing of ideas on what smart projects could be launched in the city. The main goal is to improve digital interaction between the city’s boroughs and
public services, establish a process of data sharing, and develop digital skills.
An example of successful collaboration can be seen in the decision to extend the planned fiber optic network to public buildings near subway stations
