Often I realized that when you plan and control your things, finally it’s going in by a different way. Even worse. It is going right the opposite way that you planned and gave your best effort. Some time ago I have radically changed my behavior and shifted from managing, controlling, and monitoring my things to just giving small hits and leaving it to solve those problems by themselves. And surprisingly it works.

I have a few proposals for you that completely change your life:

  • Shift your center of gravity from monitoring to supervising.
  • Aim to more observe rather than to control.
  • Don’t rush to brush it off, object, argue, argue your case, intervene, manage, criticize.
  • Give the situation a chance to resolve itself without your active intervention or opposition.

It just works. Do by making hits, and don’t mess up.
