We’ve been listening for many decades about the inevitable future, where most human jobs are replaced by robots, and it’s true that the gradual shift from flesh and bone to robotic assistants is already evident. Such jobs may soon add to the position of a corporate HR, for which they have created a robotic substitute in Russia.
Behind the development of a robot that may be in the near future to decide on our next fate, there is a small Stafoy company. Shortly after the publication of their new invention, they came to the viewpoint of many prestigious companies such as PepsiCo, Ikea, or L’Oréal. A staffing robot, Vera, claims that it manages up to 90% of the job of a human personalist, and in some respects, it should be even more precise – it can absolutely accurately evaluate the emotional expression of job candidates.
It should be noted that the robot is designed for the first round of admissions, including CV checks and the first interview in the form of a videoconferencing call via Skype, Zoom, Webex, and similar programs. Once the robots select candidates, they would move to the next round of interviews with the management, where they would already be in contact with the human staff.
