To simplify the procedure of applying for a driver’s license
Project
The Singapore government has simplified the procedure for obtaining a driver’s license. You can apply for and receive your license online at police.gov.sg/e-services or through the Police@SG mobile app.
It is necessary to log in to the national SingPass identification system, which provides access to government electronic services. Foreigners (without a SingPass account) can use their foreign national identification number.
With the launch of online applications, other forms of filing will not be used, with citizens without internet access or the necessary skills who can use the terminals at the Transport Police offices, where staff will help with the filing of the application.
